Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or official Egyptian public holidays.
During peak periods (sale events, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays.

We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Rates Shipping fees vary based on your governorate and will be calculated at checkout.
Important Notes
- Business days do not include Fridays or official Egyptian public holidays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
